The Sheriff's Office is issued orders of sales from the court's office clerk. These sales are advertised in the Daily Standard for thirty days prior to the sale and are also updated on this site. All sales are on Wednesdays at the courthouse auditorium. Prior to the sale, most properties are appraised from the outside only. It’s important to realize we are selling the house per court orders and we do not have keys, nor can we give you any rights to tour the house before a potential buy. Specific terms of individual sells vary, but in most cases 10% down at the time of sale and the remainder will be due upon confirmation of the sale and delivery of the deed.
