Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced that his office has filed charges of Voyeurism against a local male. Charged was 36 year old Nate L. Bomholt, of Dull Road, St. Henry. The incident was referred to the Sheriff’s Office by the Mercer County Department of Jobs and Family Services on October 6, 2011. A search warrant was issued for the 128 Dull Road, St. Henry, and specifically a cell phone used by Nate Bomholt. The warrant was issued on October 7, 2011.

Mr. Bomholt was charged today in Celina Municipal Court with Voyeurism, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and is expected to go before the Court on October 14, 2011 at 9:30 AM to answer to the charge.
Mr. Bomholt is accused of covertly videotaping underage females. The parties involved have been notified. Mr. Bomholt is an employee of the St. Henry Schools, but officials have no reason to believe the offense is school related. No other details are being released at this time.
