The website has several useful tools including sex offender and inmate release notification as well as email and mobile alerts regarding weather, traffic and news. The sex offender tab allows you to see all registered sex offenders in Mercer County and to sign up for email notifications when an offender registers in your neighborhood. The jail inmate search tab allows you to see current and past inmates and sign up for release notifications. On the home page you will find a link to NIXLE, which allows a user to register an email address and/or cell phone to receive updates when a weather alert, amber alert, news release or road closure is issued for Mercer County. We will continually update our tools as new technologies become available.
